The development of tourist destinations has been determined by sustainable energy management and the advancement of traditional methods. The rate of development must adapt to technological innovations while also considering future generations. The present study aims to determine to what extent tourism personnel are aware of the skills, knowledge, and methods for sustainable energy management, and also to analyze the Internet of Things as a technological solution for sustainable energy management at tourism destinations in India with the help of the Servqual method. It is important to implement modern technologies such as internal things and develop a sustainable attitude toward tourism. Findings suggested that over each attribute of Servqual model, reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy and responsiveness of IoT as sustainable energy management solutions at tourism destinations in India, tourism stakeholders have higher level of expectations (23.41, 19.86, 18.45, 23.60 and 24.73) and perceptions (18.34, 16.50, 14.97, 18.17 and 19.20) followed by tourists expectations (22.10, 17.36, 16.01, 22.62 and 21.87) and perceptions (19.32, 11.75, 09.46, 15.06 and 17.43) and local residents expectations (20.17, 14.61, 14.87, 19.46 and 18.81) and perceptions (13.48, 08.85, 07.73, 13.54 and 12.94), respectively. Results also showed that older generations and traditional tourism destinations are unable to cope with the modern advanced terminology, tools, and management strategies, which makes the present study the most significant about changing the traditional way of energy management and developing tourism destinations as sustainable and responsible.

The development of solar generation is an integral part of evaluating renewable "green" energy in accordance with the concept of sustainable development. This study focuses on the specifics of the implementation of solar energy in the context of the USA, the EU and China, taken as an object in connection with the specifics of the geographical-territorial and climatic-natural situation. The originality of the research lies in the approach of modelling the implementation of solar power generation with consideration to the main economic, technological, and resource factors. This study 158 aims to assess trends in the development and implementation of regional solar power generation. Solar energy development is performed exclusively at the expense of private investment and state support is minimal. Therefore, the power of installed solar power plants relative to the amount of invested investments shows a high correlation. From the perspective of economic activity, solar energy in the analyzed regions is used by households in small amounts. The highest use of solar energy by households is in the USA, where this indicator is 8.3%, and the lowest is in China (0.13%). The analysis indicates that currently, solar energy is not a priority for developing the energy sector but is only a supplement. Further solar energy development is possible owing to technological innovations that will increase the efficiency of solar radiation use. The analysis also revealed the conclusion that the most powerful use of solar energy appears in China, with a figure of 19.6%, while the US has only 4.04% and the EU has almost 9%. According to the criterion of economic and technological influence on solar energy development, China occupies a leading position (9.89%), whereas the EU has only 0.03%. Thus, solar energy is currently not an attractive area for business and needs to prioritize the development of the EU economy, which is confirmed by insignificant investment flows compared to China and the USA.

E-learning is an evolutionary concept, not a revolutionary concept since it has been introduced and practiced in previous decades as well. The current research paper contributes to educational research based on the investigation of holistic perspectives of the ongoing online teaching activities during the lockdown period. The article is built on a literature review. The methodologies are described and the results are presented. There have been research on distant learning and digitalization, but mostly in terms of potential, obstacles, and student assessments, as well as their influence on education. There are no empirical research on the worldwide trend of how employees utilize e-learning resources to determine instructors' interest in and attitudes about using them. This chasm is also regarded a new angle of empirical research that uses the Chi-square test of independence to find patterns. The present research aims to build a realistic instrument that can assess instructors' attitudes about e-learning during COVID-19 with this purpose in mind.The paper consists of two parts: a literature review and statistical analysis. The research was conducted by means of a diagnostic opinion CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interview) questionnaire and statistical analysis. This study was conducted among 342 teachers working in various universities located in the following countries: Poland, Pakistan, Iraq, USA, UK, Germany, and Austria. The questionnaire consisted of 20 questions. The researchers provided a detailed overview of e-learning practices during the pandemic and its future prospects from the teacher's point of view. The goals of this article and the research problems are to learn about the worldwide trend of how employees utilize e-learning resources, to identify teachers' interests in and attitudes towards using e-learning resources throughout the globe, and to recommend opportunities for workers to use e-learning resources around the world, which is a very important issue, especially in the era of globalization, society 5.0, and industry 4.0. The authors also proposed a Chisquare statistical analysis to check whether there exists a relationship between two variables based on which the hypotheses were formulated. The results of the study clearly show that the respondents approach to e-learning was very responsible because they realized that it was up to them to properly convey knowledge. The results of empirical research show that the digitalization of education is no longer a future trend, but today's trend or even a university standard in the education improvement direction.
