Knowledge and Awareness of Monosodium Glutamate (Ajinomoto Salt) among Students

Abstract: The aim of the study is to evaluate the knowledge and awareness of monosodium glutamate(MSG) (Ajinomoto salt) among dental students. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 100 dental undergraduate students in Chennai. A pre-structured questionnaire was used for the survey.
