Knowledge and attitude on human papilloma virus among adolescent girls in school students at Puducherry

Abstract: INTRODUCTIONHuman papillomavirus is one of the most common causes of sexually transmitted infections. 1 Cervical cancer is ranked as the second most common cancer among women worldwide and is a major cause of female mortality. 2 About 50-80% of sexually active women are exposed to at least one HPV type during their lifetime.
