Abstract

To prepare for the Kneading Mixer paddles structure optimization,five independent parameters were selected to establish paddles, material pot diameter D, minimum clearance e, hollow paddle helix angle α2, and the angular velocity of two paddle ω1,ω2.Then establish geometric relationships and the constraints. And using pro / E software parameters-driven to achieve the parametric design of the complexity paddles.
