Abstract

This book collects the presentations held at JuWissDay 2022 in Hamburg. The contributions focus on the need for more ambitious climate protection in cities. They combine two dynamic fields of regulation: technological development with increasing automation of technical components and environmental, climate (protection) and sustainability law. With a focus on cities, this book examines current developments in energy, traffic and infrastructure law, as well as fundamental issues of climate protection and innovation.
