The results of poor quality guidance will cause students to fail in the final trial process. This is due to the quality of the guidance product that has not been optimal, mainly due to the absence of a lecturer competency assessment related to the topic of final project guidance. The process of classifying lecturer competencies is needed as an effort to improve the quality of final project guidance. The method used is nave Bayes. The goal to be achieved is to produce a system that is able to determine student competencies on the topic of the final project which will be guided by the lecturer.
