The steady-state exact solution for the higher harmonic gratings that synthesize the space-charge field are derived without restrictions within the Kukhtarev model. This allows us to know exactly the behavior of the harmonic amplitudes in terms of main parameters and the space-charge field spatial distribution. The amplitudes of the several gratings were found not to depend on the mean intensity of the fringe pattern in a typical cw range. With respect to the modulation depth m, the dependence of each -order harmonic amplitude is rigorously established as m . Also, regions of quite different behavior in terms of the grating spacing are identified and analyzed. From this analysis, it is emphasized that the higher gratings tend to appear more strongly for materials with smallest ratio of donors traps, and for increasing values of both modulation depth, and spacing grating. Also, the higher gratings behavior in terms of applied field is analyzed. The relative importance of high harmonics is more evident for smallest values of the external field.

In this paper, we took the hopping model to discuss the temporal variation of the fundamental harmonic ofthe spacecharge field with external Sinusoidal field and square wave electric field, respectively. We presented the approximate analytical expression of the fundamental hannonic ofthe space-charge field versus time and the applied field amplitude. We also study the temporal variation of the real and the imaginary of the fundamental harmonic of the normalized space-charge field with different applied AC electric field, respectively. It is found that the real part of the fundamental space-charge field varies at the same frequency as the applied AC field, the imaginary part oscillates at twice the frequency. These results are in agreement with those derived from the band-transport model.

The MOF‐5@clinoptilolite (MOF@CP) composites are successfully synthesized using polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) for adsorption separation of CO2/CH4, CO2/N2, and CH4/N2. The effects of the PVP amounts on the dispersity of MOF‐5 on CP random lamellas of the MOF@CPs are evaluated via various characterizations. Meanwhile, their single‐component gas adsorption isotherms, breakthrough experiments, and cycling test are measured. The results elucidate that the used PVP amount has a significant influence on the particle size and the uniformity of MOF‐5 dispersed on CP random lamellas. The MOF‐5‐loaded amount in MOF@CP is estimated to be up to 42.52 wt.%. Especially, the surface fractal evolutions indicated the surfaces of MOF@CP became from rough to smooth with the increase of PVP. The CO2/CH4, CO2/N2, and CH4/N2 selectivity factors of MOF@CP are higher than that of CP, displaying a better separation performance. Their cycling test revealed that MOF@CPs could be used repetitively, highlighting efficiency for CO2 and CH4 separation. Meanwhile, the MOF‐5@CP stability under moisture is preliminarily investigated, showing higher moisture resistance stability than MOF‐5. Additionally, the grand canonical Monte Carlo simulations demonstrated the adsorption separation mechanism of the prepared MOF@CPs.
