Abstract: Enhanced fluctuations driven by non-thermal features of particle-distributions are reported frequently in the variety of space plasma observations. In the rare-collisional plasmas, these amplified fluctuations scatter the particles in various direction and governs the dynamics of space plasma environments effectively.
