Kinetic equations for cylindrically symmetric plasmas including atomic coherence and Coulomb potential effects

Abstract: The rate equations used to model plasma kinetics and spectroscopy are typically obtained from intuitive considerations. A few years ago, the authors (Csanak et al 2011 J. Phys. B: At. Mol. Opt.
