Kinerja Kader Kesehatan Dalam Pelaksanaan Posyandu Di Kabupaten Kudus

Abstract: AbstrakKader kesehatan merupakan ujung tombak pelaksanaan Posyandu di masyarakat. Kader kesehatan mempunyai tugas untuk mengelola pelaksanaan Posyandu, mulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pasca pelaksanaan Posyandu di setiap bulan. Banyak Posyandu yang mati suri atau keberadaannya ada tetapi tidak berfungsi sebagaimana yang diharapkan.
