Kinerja Kader Kesehatan Dalam Pelaksanaan Posyandu Di Kabupaten Kudus

Abstract

AbstrakKader kesehatan merupakan ujung tombak pelaksanaan Posyandu di masyarakat. Kader kesehatan mempunyai tugas untuk mengelola pelaksanaan Posyandu, mulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pasca pelaksanaan Posyandu di setiap bulan. Banyak Posyandu yang mati suri atau keberadaannya ada tetapi tidak berfungsi sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari strata Posyandu yang kebanyakan masih ada dalam strata Madya dan Purnama. Keberadaan kader kesehatan memegang peran utama dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu. Tetapi yang menjadi kendala adalah kinerja kader Posyandu yang dianggap masih kurang dan banyak kader yang memutuskan berhenti menjadi kader. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja kader dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu di Kabupaten Kudus. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Jumlah informan ada 11 orang kader . Pengambilan data dilakukan secara wawancara mendalam menggunakan panduan wawancara dengan pertanyaan bersifat terbuka. Triangulasi dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara dengan Bidan Desa.Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-April 2018 di wilayah Kabupaten Kudus. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kader kesehatan sudah mengetahui tugas dan tanggungjawabnya sebagai kader kesehatan. Pemberian insentif bagi kader dianggap dapat meningkatkan motivasi kader dalam menjalankan tugas. Pengakuan resmi dari pemerintah atau desa dianggap sebagai suatu bentuk penghargaan bagi kader. Kelengkapan sarana prasarana serta dukungan dari pemerintah desa sangat membantu pelaksanaan tugas kader. Perlu adanya pelatihan bagi kader untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kader terutama bagi kader kesehatan baru. AbstractCommunity health workers are the spearhead of Posyandu implementation in the community. Community Health workers have some duties starting from the preparation, implementation and postimplementation of Posyandu every month. Many Posyandu are exists but does not work as expected. This can be seen from the strata's of Posyandu, most of them are madya and Purnama. The competencies of community health workers have a main role in Posyandu. The problem is some of the community health workers have a low performance, and they decided to not working again. The aim of this study is to determine the performance of community health workers in Kudus regency. The method is used qualitative research with phenomenology approach. There are 11 informans from community health workers. The data collection use in-depth interviews with open questionnaire. Triangulation is done by interview with the Midwife. The study was held on March-April 2018 in Kudus Regency. The result shows that community health workers are aware of their duties and responsibilities. Incentives can elevate the motivation of community health workers to do their duties. Official recognition from the government or village is considered as a appreciation for the community health workers.
