Kikuchi-Fujimoto Disease in a Crohn’s Patient

Abstract: Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease (KFD), also known as histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis, is a rare, benign, focal, self-limiting disease. We report a unique case of KFD in a patient with coexisting Crohn’s disease.
