Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease (histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis)

Abstract: Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease or histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis is a rare, benign, idiopathic cause of lymphadenopathy. Typically, it presents with painful cervical lymphadenopathy, fever and less frequently night sweats, weight loss and chills.
