Kikuchi- Fujimoto Disease: A Rare Cause of Lymphadenopathy

Abstract: Background: Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease (KFD) also known as histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis is a rare and self-limiting cause of fever with lymphadenitis. It usually affects females of the reproductive age group with a predominant involvement of cervical lymph nodes.
