Key natural analogue input required to build a safety case for direct disposal of spent nuclear fuel in Japan

Abstract: Natural analogues have been previously used to support the safety case for direct disposal of spent nuclear fuel, but the focus of such work was very dependent on the key barriers of specific national disposal concepts.
