The COVID-19 pandemic has lasted for more than 2 years. The education sector is one of the most influential fields to apply online learning policies. Indonesia has implemented online learning since the pandemic in 2020. This study aims to provide an overview of knowledge during the COVID-19 pandemic using the education for sustainable development (ESD)-oriented read, answer, discuss, explain and create (RADEC) model. This study used the descriptive method by providing an overview of the ESD-oriented RADEC learning process in the basic concepts of biology and science for prospective elementary schoolteachers. The research subjects were 33 prospective elementary schoolteacher students who contracted courses. The instruments used were observation sheets, documentation and a questionnaire. The results showed that lectures using the ESD-oriented RADEC model could be an alternative for online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the ESD-oriented RADEC model may allow universities to instil the concept of ESD related to knowledge, attitudes and values that can support sustainable development. <p>Pembelajaran abad ke-21 harus diselenggarakan dengan berorientasi pada pengembangan berbabagi kompetensi yang diperlukan agar siswa dapat sukses di abad ini, terutama menyangkut 6C (character, critical thinking, creativity, citizenship, collaboration dan communication). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif mengenai profil kemunculan 6C pada pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan melibatkan sepuluh sekolah dasar, sepuluh orang guru dan 50 orang siswa dengan berbagai latar belakang yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil kemunculan pada perencanaan pembelajaran berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 62.04%, dan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 62.57%. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap hasil uji korelasi Pearson Product Momment menggunakan software SPSS 26 diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,667 pada taraf signifikansi 0,01, hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat kemunculan 6C pada perencanaan dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kemunculan 6C pada perencanaan pembelajaran dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Selanjutnya berdasarkan analisis terhadap model pembelajaran yang digunakan diketahui kemunculan 6C baik pada perencanaan pembelajaran maupun pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi.</p>

Because of the numerous issues that arise in the language learning process in the classroom and the lack of interest among prospective teachers in conducting classroom action research, this task is complete. And, the teacher still does not understand the concept and is skilled at writing good scientific articles. This activity aims to provide understanding to teachers, make teachers proficient in writing proposals, and increase the motivation of teachers to conduct classroom action research. The location of the activity is Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The number of participants is 100 people. The model used is mentoring or counseling on basic concepts and training in proposal writing and analyzed with a qualitative descriptive approach. The activity method is a presentation in which prospective elementary school teachers compile scientific articles and present them to the other participants. The observations showed positive things. Namely, the teachers were enthusiastic in participating in the activities and their desire to practice them in learning activities. In addition, participants can produce sample proposals. The participants are looking forward to follow-up activities
