Kernspintomographie als Primrdiagnostik ektop mndender Harnleiter bei dysplastischer Niere

Abstract: Ectopic ureters associated with dysplastic kidneys remain a diagnostic dilemma. Ultrasound, endoscopy as well as intravenous urography do not always show correct urinary tract morphology and function. We report the case of a 6-year-old girl with continuous urine dribbling to demonstrate the diagnostic value of MR urography.
