Keloid with intra-lesional steroid injection

Abstract: Introduction: Keloids are the result of an overgrowth of dense fibrous tissue that usually develops after healing of a skin injury. The exact pathogenesis of Keloids is unknown and their occurrence is spontaneous. The uncontrolled overgrowth of dense fibrous tissue extends beyond the borders of original wound and does not regress.
