Kejadian Demam Berdarah Dengue (Dbd) Di Indonesia Tahun 2010-2019

Abstract: Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) control focuses on preventation efforts with the mosquito nest eradication movement (PSN). The larva free number (ABJ) is an indicator of the success of PSN and early prevention by ensuring a negative house with Aedes sp. This research is descriptive used secondary data on Indonesia’s health profile in 2010-2019. This study describes cases of DHF, incidence rate and larva free rate (ABJ) for 10 years. The results showed that DHF cases in Indonesia from 2010-2019 fluctuating wher… Show more

“…The larva-free rate (ABJ) is the percentage of buildings where there are no mosquito larvae. When compared with the ABJ target, for 10 years Indonesia's ABJ has been below the target 2962 (<95%), namely in the range of 24.1-80.2% (Arisanti et al, 2021).…”

“…The seven provinces are Bali, East Kalimantan, DKI Jakarta, DI Yogyakarta, North Kalimantan, Southeast Sulawesi and South Kalimantan. Until now, there are 4 provinces with a very high number of DHF cases in Indonesia, namely, East Java (340 cases), West Java (270 cases), Central Java (213 cases), and East Kalimantan (103 cases) (Arisanti et al, 2021). The lowest number of cases was achieved by Papua (0 cases), NTT and West Sulawesi (2 cases), and the Bangka Belitung Islands (3 cases) (Tomia et al, 2020).…”

“…The lowest number of cases was achieved by Papua (0 cases), NTT and West Sulawesi (2 cases), and the Bangka Belitung Islands (3 cases) (Tomia et al, 2020). Overall Indonesia is considered high because the IR is 78.0 (Arisanti et al, 2021). Therefore, preventive efforts are needed to reduce the number of cases of infection and even death caused by the Aedes aegypti mosquito (Hidayah et al, 2017).…”
