Tooth eruption is a condition in which the cusp or incisal of the tooth emerges through the gingiva, but not exceeding 3mm above this level after the corona is formed. The first human tooth that erupts is the mandibular primary central incisor, which is the reference for the eruption of others, including the primary and permanent teeth, that support the growth of the jaw, face, mastication, swallowing, speech, and aesthetics. Furthermore, tooth eruption is influenced by the growth and development of the fetus during pregnancy. Maternal conditions during pregnancy such as age, level of education, physical condition, and nutritional intake affect fetal nutrition which indicates the level of growth and development in the form of head circumference, birth weight, and height that affect the eruption time of the mandibular deciduous central incisor. During pregnancy, the maternal preparation to be considered is the age which might range from 20-35 years, adequate nutritional intake of carbohydrates, folic acid, protein, vitamin C, vitamin D, and minerals, prevention of physical fatigue, intelligence in choosing nutrition, and abstaining from alcohol and caffeine consumption. This study aims to provide information/education on the preparation of pregnant women for the eruption of the mandibular primary central incisor which is part of the infant's growth and development.

Background: Food and food production is closely related to food security and nutritional status of a region. There are 9 indicators of food security: stall ratios, store ratios, non-prosperous household ratios, household no-electric ratio, four-wheel access ratios, non-school-age ratio, net open water ratio, ratio of health personnel, and facility ratio sanitation. In addition to availability, the annual poverty rate declines, but is different from that of coastal households. Households in coastal areas have low levels of welfare, this is due to the small share of fish catches to fishermen. Based on Food Security Vulnerability Atlas (FSVA) in 2016, Kabupaten Bangkalan and Tulungagung are categorized as food insecurity areas.Objective: To analyze the difference between food security indicator with nutritional status (proportion of LBW) in west coastal and south coastal area of East Java Province.Method: This research is by analyzing secondary data obtained from Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Jawa Timur and Dinas Kesehatan of Kabupaten Bangkalan and Tulungagung. Analysis of influence using linear regression test and difference test using independent t-test.Result: The test result of independent t-test were found on store ratio variable (0.994), non-school ratio (0.084), ratio of nakes (0.137), and ratio of sanitation facility (0.959).Conclusion: From the result of the influence test, there is no effect from food security indicator which include the ratio of shop, store ratio, non-prosperous ratio, non electric rt ratio, 4 wheel access ratio, and ratio of sanitation facilities with LBW in Bangkalan and Tulungagung districts. Independent t-test have differences in store ratios, non-school variables, number of nakes and sanitation facilities.ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Pangan dan produksi pangan berkaitan dengan ketahanan pangan dan status gizi suatu wilayah. Terdapat 9 indikator ketahanan pangan yaitu rasio warung, rasio toko, rasio rumah tangga tidak sejahtera, rasio rumah tangga tanpa arus listrik, rasio akses roda 4, rasio anak tidak sekolah, rasio rumah tangga tanpa air bersih, rasio jumlah tenaga kesehatan, dan rasio fasilitas sanitasi. Ketahanan pangan dipengaruhi beberapa aspek, selain aspek ketersediaan, angka kemiskinan tiap tahun juga mempengaruhi status ketahanan pangan. Rumah tangga di wilayah pesisir memiliki tingkat kesejahteraan rendah, hal ini disebabkan adanya pembagian hasil tangkap yang kecil pada nelayan. Berdasarkan Food Security Vulnerability Atlas (FSVA) tahun 2016 wilayah Kabupaten Bangkalan dan Kabupaten Tulungagung termasuk dalam kategori wilayah rawan pangan, serta masih ditemukan adanya BBLR kedua Kabupaten.Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis perbedaan serta pengaruh antara indikator ketahanan pangan pada aspek ketersediaan dengan proporsi BBLR pada wilayah pesisir laut utara dan laut selatan provinsi Jawa Timur.Metode: Penelitian ini menganalisis data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Jawa Timur serta Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bangkalan dan Kabupaten Tulungagung. Analisis pengaruh menggunakan Uji Regresi liner dan uji perbedaan menggunakan uji-t independent.Hasil: Analisis uji beda didapatkan hasil yaitu pada variabel rasio toko (0,994), rasio anak tidak sekolah (0,084), rasio jumlah tenaga kesehatan (0,137), dan rasio fasilitas sanitasi (0,959).Kesimpulan: Dari hasil uji pengaruh tidak terdapat pengaruh dari indikator ketahanan pangan yang meliputi rasio warung, rasio toko, rasio rumah tangga tidak sejahtera, rasio rumah tangga tanpa arus listrik, rasio akses roda 4, rasio anak tidak sekolah, rasio rumah tangga tanpa air bersih, rasio jumlah tenaga kesehatan, dan rasio fasilitas sanitasi dengan proporsi BBLR di Kabupaten Bangkalan dan Tulungagung. Hasil uji beda dari Kabupaten Bangkalan dan Kabupaten Tulungagung terdapat perbedaan pada variabel rasio toko, anak tidak sekolah, jumlah nakes dan fasilitas sanitasi.

Objective : To determine the correlation between body mass index, age, parity, gestational weight gain and low birth weight at Atma Jaya Hospital in 2016-2019.Methods : This was a cross-sectional study of 111 sample medical records of pregnant women who gave birth at Atma Jaya Hospital in 2016-2019 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data management was performed using the Chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression test.Results: Most of the mothers were in the group with normal BMI (60.4%), the G1 age group (21-29 years old) (45.9%), the low multiparity group (parity 1-3 times) (57.7%). The analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between parity group grand multipara (p=0.028; OR=5.206; 95% CI=1.195-22.686) with the incidence of LBW. There was no significant relationship between BMI group lean (p=0.303; OR=1.646; 95% CI=0.638-4.246), group normal (p=0.532), group fat (p=0.440; OR=1.957; 95% CI=0.357-10.737), maternal age group G1 (p=0.141), group G2 (p=0.587; OR=1.327; 95% CI=0.478-3.687), group G3 (p=0.111; OR=0.262; 95% CI=0.050-1.360), parity group nulliparity (p=0.494; OR=0.669; 95% CI=0.212-2.117), group low multiparity (p=0.051), and gestational weight gain group low (p=0.955; OR=1.028; 95% CI=0.396-2.667), group normal (p=0.986), group high (p=0.897; OR=0.917; 95% CI=0.245-3.424) with the incidence of LBW.Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between parity with the incidence of low birth weight. There is no relationship between body mass index, age, and gestational weight gain with the incidence of low birth weight.Keywords: age, BMI, gestational weight gain, LBW, parity. Abstrak Tujuan: Mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara indeks massa tubuh, usia, paritas, dan pertambahan berat badan ibu hamil terhadap kejadian berat bayi rendah di Rumah Sakit Atma Jaya tahun 2016-2019.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik potong lintang dengan menggunakan rekam medis sebanyak 111 sampel ibu hamil yang melangsungkan persalinan di RS Atma Jaya pada tahun 2016-2019 dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Pengelolaan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square dan uji regresi logistik multivariat.Hasil : Didapatkan sebagian besar ibu berada pada kelompok dengan indeks massa tubuh normal (60,4%), kelompok usia G1 (21-29 tahun) (45,9%), kelompok paritas low multiparity (paritas 1-3 kali) (57,7%), dan kelompok pertambahan berat badan normal (47,7%). Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara paritas kelompok grand multipara (p=0,028; OR=5,206; 95% CI=1,195-22,686) terhadap kejadian BBLR. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara indeks massa tubuh, usia, dan pertambahan berat badan ibu hamil dengan kejadian berat bayi lahir rendah.Kata kunci: BBLR, IMT, paritas, pertambahan berat badan, usia.
