Katdetectr: An R/Bioconductor package utilizing unsupervised changepoint analysis for robust kataegis detection

Abstract: Motivation: Kataegis refers to the occurrence of regional hypermutation in cancer genomes and is a phenomenon that has been observed in a wide range of malignancies.
