The COVID-19 crisis has had a lasting impact around the world, including Indonesia. Indonesia as an agricultural country that makes farmers has an important role in the national economy. Farmers hope in this pandemic outbreak they can still carry out farming activities as usual. The method of this research is a review of the innovation of the yard land use program in the local wisdom of the Javanese people, especially in Yogyakarta city. The local government continues to contribute to ensuring that agriculture runs smoothly and safely during the pandemic, especially through breakthroughs in new technological innovations, one of which is Lumbung Mataraman Program. Lumbung Mataraman is a program to use yard land to provide food needs by using the principles of food self-sufficiency, food diversification, conservation of food, and nursery. This program is in accordance with the local wisdom of the Javanese community which applies the agricultural tradition of "Nandur Opo Sing Dipangan, Mangan Opo Sing Ditandur". This Program uses a touch of psychological approach for the community with the hope that the community can improve their mindset and using the owned resources by considering the conditions and potential of the environment.

The location of the research was carried out in Central Bengkulu Regency, namely Pondok Kelapa District, Karang Tinggi District and Taba Penanjung District. The determination of the research location was carried out purposively, with the consideration that the location of this research is a certified rice seed breeder farmer group that has a recommendation as a certified rice seed breeder from the Center for Seed Supervision and Certification of the Horticulture and Plantation Office of the Bengkulu Province.The results showed that the certified rice seed breeding business in Bengkulu Tengah Regency was profitable, amounting to Rp.23,719,248/planting season, but based on the study of its characteristics it was necessary to improve and evaluate the role of the Plant Seed Supervisor as a supervisor/controller to the mentoring role to see farmers who cultivate seeds. certified in Bengkulu Tengah Regency has the characteristics of being male with the most average age being over 63 years, with an average land tenure of 0.5 to 1 hectare with the status of own land. Banggai sweet potato is a local food crop typical of the Banggai Laut area, which is currently experiencing a decline in production, so there is a need for an appropriate strategy to increase its production. This study aims to analyze the factors and their significance to the production of sweet potato production in Banggai Selatan District, Banggai Laut Regency. The research was conducted from June to August 2022 in Malino Village, South Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency. The data collected consisted of primary data, namely direct interviews with respondents and secondary data obtained from the Banggai Laut District Agriculture Office. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression formulas, F test, t-test, coefficient of determination, and correlation coefficient using SPSS 16.0 software. The results showed that based on the F test, the variable capital, labor and the number of seeds together significantly affected Banggai sweet potato production. The significance value of the capital variable is 0.218, and the number of seeds is 0.796, which is greater than α 0.05, which means that the capital variable and the number of seeds have no significant effect on Banggai sweet potato production. The labor significance value of 0.000 is less than α 0.01, meaning that the labor variable significantly affects Banggai sweet potato production. The correlation coefficient value of 0.864 means that the variables of capital, labor, and number of seeds strongly relate to Banggai sweet potato production. The coefficient of determination is 0.747, meaning that 74.7% of the variable capital, labor, and the number of seeds affect the Banggai sweet potato production variable. In comparison, the remaining 25.3% of Banggai sweet potato production is influenced by other variables not present in the model. Labor is an important factor that needs to be considered in the Banggai sweet potato farming process
