KARAKTERISTIK FISIK PADA SERAT PELEPAH NIPAH (Nypa fruticans)

Abstract: ABSTRAK Karakteristik fisik dari serat pelepah nipah sangat penting diidentifikasi agar dapat diketahui proses pengolahan, sifat bahan jadi serta manfaatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik fisik dari serat pelepah nipah. Pemisahan serat dari pelepah nipah dilakukan dengan perlakuan perendaman air, NaOH, dan fermentasi EM4.
