Karakterisasi Morfologis Isolat Bakteri Termofilik Dari Sumber Air Panas Pincara

Abstract: Sumber air panas merupakan salah satu habitat alami dari bakteri termofilik. Bakteri termofilik adalah kelompok bakteri yang mampu tumbuh pada suhu lingkungan yang tinggi, berkisar antara 45°-90°C. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah dan karakterisasi morfologi isolat bakteri termofilik yang dapat diisolasi dari sumber air panas Pincara.
