“…Most cases occur in the presence of atopic eczema and in children, but it may occur with other chronic dermatitis [McNair Scott, 1971], and in atopic subjects without active skin disease. Patients with Darier's disease [Izumi and Goldschmidt, 1970], pemphigus foliaceus [Silverstein and Burnett, 1967], ichthyosiform erythroderma [Fitzgerald and Booker, 1951] and dominant ichthyosis vulgaris [ Verhov et al, 1972] may also be affected. There are many points of particular interest in this patient.…”
