Through the mediation of innovative capability, this study intends to determine the degree and direction of the influence of knowledge management and work environment on the performance of Pokdarwis in the village of Kerangan. Quantitative research was used in this study. In this study, the population and sample were 35 persons in the village of Keranggan who were aware of tourism. Questionnaire-based data collection methods. PLS-SEM is used in the analysis tool. The findings show that the ability to innovate has a strong mediating effect on the relationship between knowledge management and performance, as well as the relationship between performance and the work environment. With the addition of innovation capability, the impact of total knowledge management on performance and the work environment on performance will grow. Pokdarwis performance is influenced by knowledge management and the work environment. This last goal can be realized by a modern management approach that promotes long-term village development activities, as evidenced by increased production, the development of a large base of devoted tourists, and long-term improvements. One type of change necessitates enhancing organizational competence by providing additional dynamic capacities such as the ability to innovate, expand managerial expertise, and create a positive work environment where good performance can be achieved and maintained. village tourism, innovation capability, work environment, knowledge management

The aims of the research are to: identify the supply chain of broiler in Sierad Produce Co; calculate the value added of activities occurring in some supply chain stakeholders; measure the supply chain working performance of broiler in Sierad Produce Co; and formulate strategies recommended to increase the supply chain working performance of broiler in Sierad Produce Co. This research used data analysis methods: Asian Productivity Organization (APO) for analyzing the general situation of supply chain; Hayami mathematical model for processing the data regarding the value added analysis of supply chain stakeholders; SCOR Model for metrical plan of supply chain working performance measure; Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for determining the metrical weights of supply chain working performance measure; and Analytic Network Process (ANP) for determining the priority of strategic alternatives to increase the supply chain working performance of broiler in Sierad Produce Co. The results of value added analysis have shown that the food processing industries (downstream sector) enjoy the highest value added. Accordingly, the researcher summarized a number of points as follows: Firstly, the highest capital return in the poultry industry is caused by technological factors. Secondly, the supply chain working performance measure result shows that low working performance of commercial farm is caused by non-adaptable company in fulfilling the demand of Chicken Slaughter House. The last, the working performance increase strategic formulation result has shown that increase of Human Resources' skill or ability is the most influential strategical alternative to supply chain working performance increase in Sierad Produce Co.

The study is done at a paper company in west java by doing evaluation of waste paper supplier of raw materials with the aim of gaining evaluation criteria supplier and ranking supplier. The process of making evaluation criteria supplier is done by using the method hierarchy (AHP) analytical process and ranking with the approach of the supplier technique for order preference by similarity to (TOPSIS) solution of a problem. according data processing by using both the main criterion used this method produced 6, the quality criteria, delivery, the price of, resources, service, and company management and putting quality criteria as the criteria with the weighting for 30,7 % of as much as. While the supplier of ranking. the best supplier PT. CMN and PT. AMN supplier as the worst alternative supplier of 5. Made with a model evaluation criteria and ranking supplier is expected to supplier evaluation process useful for other types of businesses the same paper companies.
