Kalimucho

Abstract: This paper presents a software platform (called Kalimucho) for mobile and embedded hardware. The architecture of such application is based on two component models: Osagaia for software containers and Korrontea for connector containers. Kalimucho uses service factory permitting the creation of instances of software components. This factory allows making the most suitable configuration according to services decision managing reconfiguration. The reconfiguration service decisions depend on data sent by control in… Show more

“…CC/PP [2], SGP [3], CSCP [4]). SGP (Semantic Generic Profile) [1] [3] organizes profile information into tree kind of facets; the device characteristics, the user context information and the document composition. The SGP links profile information with the specification of high-level explicit constraints.…”

“…In order to design smart context-aware mobile applications, we need to exploit semantic web technologies, as well as the Kalimucho middleware [1], where the mobile application qualities are managed in an efficient way according to user needs and available context sources. Our proposed platform is implemented using an ontology-based approach.…”
