The research was intended at identifying the contribution of system quality influences toward use and user satisfaction. The primary data in the current was obtained directly from the questionnaire. The method used to obtain data was non-participant observation using a questionnaire. The list of structured questions asked to field officers and back-officers and unit managers in the market cooperative Kumbasari Denpasar. It was conducted in all market cooperative service units of Kumbasari Denpasar. There were 14 units located in traditional markets in Denpasar, Gianyar, and Badung. The study result showed system quality influences towards use of online-based cooperative information system. It was due to the system users believe the reliability of the system used in performing daily tasks. The running system was able to answer the needs of users of online-based cooperative information system. The system quality influences user satisfaction towards online cooperative information system. The reliability of the information system was built also influences the level of user satisfaction system. It was due to the most user of information system believe and feel the system can facilitate their work. Therefore, they can easily do relying their work on existing information systems.

Software as a Service (SaaS) is a variant of technology products that are now loved by both personal and business users. SaaS is a software product variant that can be used directly by users, without the need for complicated installation. In the realm of accounting itself, there have been many emerging accounting softwares ranging from those that are offline to online, one of which is Jurnal.id. Jurnal.id is a SaaS platform that presents a variety of digital accounting products that are designed to simplify and accelerate the process of bookkeeping business. This study aims to examine customer continuance intentions on the use of Jurnal.id online accounting software. The variables in this study consisted of perceived usefulness, information quality, service quality system quality, satisfaction, and continuance intention. The population in this study are the users of Jurnal.id Online Accounting Software in the Greater Jakarta area. The sample in this study amounted to 300 people obtained using the Hair Formula. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using Partial Least Square (PLS) software, the SMART-PLS software version 3.3.2. The results showed that perceived usefulness, system quality, and service quality had a positive effect on satisfaction using Jurnal.id's online accounting software. Simultaneously Satisfaction has a positive effect on continuance intention. However, Information quality does not have a positive effect on satisfaction using online accounting software Jurnal.id

The ease of recording financial transactions and providing financial reports digitally is also provided by various accounting applications or software. The accounting application facilitates the input process, offers faster and more accurate data processing, and complete output. Accounting applications using smartphones have advantages compared to accounting applications that require computers. This type of application makes it easy for users to access their financial statements at anytime and anywhere with a smartphone device. With the wide variety of accounting application choices in the market, it can be imagined that business actors who may not know the detail of the accounting process become overwhelmed in determining what accounting applications are right for their type of business. It is very important for accountants, especially in the academic field to oversee the process of development of this technology to be in accordance with the nature and purpose of accounting. Therefore, this qualitative research was conducted by the method of observation and presents descriptive data. A total of 6 applications that can be downloaded on Google Play Store were observed and conducted a comparative study using 8 criteria. The results showed the application "Akuntansi UKM" has the highest value based on predetermined.
