Kaizen practice in healthcare: a qualitative analysis of hospital employees' suggestions for improvement

Abstract: ObjectivesKaizen, or continuous improvement, lies at the core of lean. Kaizen is implemented through practices that enable employees to propose ideas for improvement and solve problems.
