Abstract

C insellik, insanlık var olduğundan bu yana yaşamın önemli bir parçasıdır ve sadece fiziksel olmayıp sosyal, kültürel ve zihinsel yönleri de olan çok boyutlu bir kavramdır. Bu kavram bireyin biyolojik cinsiyeti, cinsiyet kimliği ve cinsiyet rol davranışına göre diğer kişilerle olan etkileşiminin, sevgi ve şefkatinin de bir ifadesidir. Duyguların, düşüncelerin ve davranışların ardındaki itici güç olan cinsellik antropolojik, politik, sosyolojik ve psikolojik süreçler temelinde zevk verici ve proaktif bir etkinlik olarak yerini almaktadır. [1-5] Sağlıklı cinsel yaşamın ömür boyu sürdürülmesi istenilen bir durumdur. Ancak kadınların ve erkeklerin cinsel istek, uyarılma ya da orgazm ile ilişkili cinsel fonksiyonda sağlıklı popülasyonda bile sorunlar yaşadığı bilinmektedir. The Relationship Between Sexual Satisfaction and Marital Satisfaction in Women With Ovarian Cancer and Their Spouses
