K+p elastic scattering at 3.5 and 5.0 GeV/c

Abstract: The present report concerns three experiments of K+ and K~ mesons performed at CERN in the Saclay 80 cm hydrogen bubble chamber.I. The first experiment is a study of elastic scattering in a collaboration between Brussels, CERN and Stockholm. Preliminary results are presented below.The angular distribution of the elastic scattering shows a dominant diffraction peak (Fig. 1).
