Abstract:Juvenile psammomatoid ossifying fibroma (OF) is a rare histological variant of OF with aggressive behavior. It is a benign fibro-osseous lesion with a high rate of recurrence. It occurs mainly in male children with paranasal sinuses and orbits the most common sites. The diagnosis depends on clinical, radiologic, and pathologic correlation.
