The development of the organic food market in Russia on the example of the Southern Federal District is examined in the article. The purpose of this study is to identify factors and barriers to the development of the organic food market, considering contemporary economic conditions of Russia. To meet this objective, a survey of representatives of agricultural organizations of the Southern Federal District was conducted, as a result of which internal and external barriers to the transition of agricultural organizations to an organic food production model along with the factors contributing to this transition were identified, and the distribution channels and promotion tools used by the companies were discussed. The analysis made it possible to develop main recommendations aimed at overcoming barriers to the development of the Russian organic food market, which are mentioned in the article.

Органическое сельское хозяйство в зарубежных странах признано современным и стратегическим трендом развития аграрной экономики. В статье представлены результаты исследования развития органического сельского хозяйства на основе биоинтенсивных технологий. Показаны тенденции и перспективы развития органического сельского хозяйства в Российской Федерации, Монголии и других зарубежных странах. За последнее десятилетие, особенно в постковидный период, осознанно акцентируется внимание потребителей на понятии «ответственное потребление», включающее, прежде всего, рациональное питание, в основе которого лежит потребление органической, экологически чистой продукции и здоровый образ жизни. При этом, соответственно, увеличивается производство органической пищевой продукции — его прирост составляет в среднем 12% в год. Однако темпы роста спроса на органическую продукцию, связанного с переориентацией большей части населения на здоровое питание и здоровый образ жизни, превышают рост предложения более чем в два раза. Органическое сельское хозяйство развивается в свыше 180 странах мира, лидерами потребления органической продукции являются США, Китай, Канада, страны ЕС, которые обеспечивают 77% спроса [1,2,3]. Органическое сельское хозяйство представляет собой сложную динамичную систему, включает множество подсистем. Обеспечение устойчивости его функционирования в условиях неопределенности и природных рисков возможно на основе научных подходов к обоснованию эффективных управленческих решений. В статье освещены теоретические основы применения биоинтенсивных и «умных», SMART-технологий в органическом сельском хозяйстве, предложены научные рекомендации по их эффективному применению. В процессе исследования применены методы: абстрактно-логический, монографический, расчетно-конструктивный, экономико-статистический, экспертных оценок. Теоретико-методологическую основу исследования составили научные исследования и рекомендации российских и зарубежных ученых Российской академии сельскохозяйственных наук, нормативно-правовые акты субъектов Российской Федерации, Монголии, ЕС по развитию экологического сельского хозяйства, стандарты IFOAM. Цель исследования: определить проблемы и ограничения развития органического сельского хозяйства на основе биоинтенсивных, умных технологий в регионах России и Монголии, предложить соответствующие научные рекомендации. Задачи исследования: показать теоретические основы применения биоинтенсивных и «умных», SMART-технологий в органическом сельском хозяйстве; предложить научные рекомендации по разработкам и применению умных технологий в органическом сельском хозяйстве. Результаты. В статье показаны особенности биоинтенсивных, умных технологий и эффективность их применения в органическом сельском хозяйстве. Organic agriculture in foreign countries is recognized as a modern and strategic trend in the development of the agrarian economy. The article presents the results of a study of the development of organic agriculture based on bio-intensive technologies. The trends and prospects for the development of organic agriculture in the Russian Federation, Mongolia and other foreign countries are shown. Over the past decade, especially in the post-teen period, consumers' attention has been consciously focused on the concept of "responsible consumption", which includes, first of all, rational nutrition based on the consumption of organic, environmentally friendly products and a healthy lifestyle. At the same time, the production of organic food products increases accordingly, its increase is on average 12% per year. However, the growth rate of demand for organic products exceeds the supply growth by more than two times due to the reorientation of the majority of the population to a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle. Organic agriculture is developing in more than 180 countries of the world, the leaders in the consumption of organic products are the USA, China, Canada, EU countries, which provide 77% of demand [1,2,3]. It is proved that organic agriculture is a complex dynamic system that includes many subsystems. Ensuring the stability of its functioning in conditions of uncertainty and natural risks is possible on the basis of scientific approaches to substantiating effective management decisions. The article highlights the theoretical foundations of the use of bio-intensive and "smart", SMART technologies in organic agriculture, scientific recommendations for their effective use in organic agriculture are proposed. Abstract-logical, monographic, computational-constructive, economic-statistical, expert assessments are applied in the process of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was made up of scientific research and recommendations of Russian and foreign scientists of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, regulatory legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation, Mongolia, the EU on the development of ecological agriculture, IFOAM standards. The purpose of the studyis to identify the problems and limitations of the development of organic agriculture based on bio-intensive, intelligent technologies in the regions of Russia and Mongolia, to offer relevant scientific recommendations. Research objectives: to show the theoretical foundations of the application of bio-intensive and "smart", SMART technologies in organic agriculture; to offer scientific recommendations on the development and application of smart technologies in organic agriculture. Results. The article shows the features of bio-intensive, smart technologies and the effectiveness of their application in organic agriculture.
