Jus Sanguinis, “Effective Nationality” and Exclusion: Analysing Citizenship Deprivation in the UK

Abstract: This article will analyse the use of genealogy in the context of race, place, and justice via the concepts of nationality/citizenship and cultural/national identity, including “imagined communities”.
