Background. Licensing services for business actors or the public is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled by state administrators. Business actors and investors certainly really want fast and straightforward services and processes. The government as the licensing supervisor is the main legality for business actors. The function of licensing is to regulate activities that have the potential to cause disturbance to the public interest. The application procedure has strict policies but does not have to have a series of complicated processes. The government created a system in the form of Online Single Submission (OSS) to make it easier for business actors to manage business licences. The facilitator of the government in facilitating its implementation is assisted by the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance of the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services is and also to find out what obstacles occur in the field and how solutions are produced to solve various existing obstacles. Method. The research method in this study is to use qualitative methods and data collection methods using interview techniques to find out information from respondents. Results. The results of the discussion of this study indicate that the Investment and One-Stop Service Office has provided good and responsive service so that existing constraints can be resolved immediately. Conclusion. The Online Single Submission (OSS) system is implemented to accelerate business licensing at the Jepara Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) as a public service facility under the Jepara Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP). To obtain a commercial or operational business licence, it must start with registration through the OSS website.

The authority of the Jember district government in supervising subscription broadcasting service businesses. The problem in this research is what authority the Jember district government has in supervising subscription broadcasting service business actors and what the government's efforts are to deal with irresponsible subscription broadcasting service business actors. The research used is normative legal research. The data used is secondary data sourced from primary and secondary legal materials. Data analysis in this research is qualitative analysis. From the research results, it can be concluded that the authority of the Jember district government in supervising subscription broadcasting service businesses aims to ensure that the services received by the public are in accordance with predetermined standards and in accordance with applicable regulations. In this case, the government has the authority to supervise business actors in subscription broadcasting services, such as implementing regulations and rules, providing certification, monitoring and evaluation, and implementing sanctions. And in overcoming the problem of irresponsible subscription broadcasting service providers, such as installing cables on PLN electricity poles without permission, the government can do the following things: Law enforcement, coordination with PLN, outreach, imposing sanctions.

At present, the financial work of most colleges and universities is facing the dilemma of low intelligence level. The financial sharing mode of colleges and universities using blockchain technology can effectively supervise their financial management while solving the problems of high costs related to financial sharing services, hidden dangers of data security, and low efficiency. Therefore, this paper makes an in-depth study on the application of blockchain technology and the financial sharing service mode of colleges and universities. Firstly, the University Financial Sharing Service Center platform based on blockchain technology is constructed. Furthermore, each module of the service center platform is described. Combined with the constructed platform, university finance is deeply mined by using the mining algorithm based on certain association rules, which is convenient for effective management. Finally, an artificial intelligence algorithm is used to adaptively optimize financial management. Similarly, the planning model and fitting algorithm of the least square method are used to control the risk of the financial management so as to realize the optimization of the financial sharing service mode. The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively improve the efficiency of the financial sharing service and reduce the potential safety problems and costs of financial management.
