Abstract

CT scan on nose and paranasal sinuses is a prerequisite for endoscopic sinus surgery. It not only demonstrates the disease process &the keyareas, but also demonstrates any anatomical variations and highlights the structures which may be at risk in endoscopic sinus surgery.
