Josephus

Abstract: (Titus?) Flavius Josephus (37/38–ca. 100 ce ), a Judaean priest and general during the First Jewish Revolt, composed thirty extant volumes in Greek of ancient and contemporary Jewish history that provide invaluable literary evidence for the Second Temple and early Roman imperial periods.
