Josephson dynamics of bicrystald-waveYBa2Cu3O7

Abstract: The properties of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−␦ dc-SQUIDs ͑superconducting quantum interference devices͒ with 0°-45°g rain boundary junctions have been studied. Structures fabricated on two types of bicrystals have been investigated: The conventional ͓001͔-tilt type and a novel configuration with both ͓001͔ and ͓100͔ tilt. Measurements have been performed in the temperature range 50 mK-30 K.
