Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the influence of job satisfaction on the turnover intention of PT Bank BRI Syariah Tbk. employees. Independent variables in this study include work itself (X1), salary (X2), promotion (X3), supervision (X4), and colleagues (X5). On the other hand, the dependent variable is turnover intention (Y).
