Job Satisfaction Among Administrative Staff in Health Department

Abstract: One of the most challenging issues faced by organizations in managing the workforce is job satisfaction. This study explores job satisfaction among the administrative staff in the Public Health Division of the Johor State Health Department, Malaysia.
