Abstract: It is unknown how common job lock (i.e., staying at job to maintain health insurance) remains among childhood cancer survivors after Affordable Care Act (ACA) implementation in 2010. We examined prevalence of and factors associated with job lock using a cross‐sectional survey from the Childhood Cancer Survivor Study (3503 survivors; 942 siblings).
