Abstract:Background
The jigless knotless internal brace surgery (JKIB), a modified minimal invasive surgery (MIS) for acute Achilles tendon injury, showed the advantage of sural-nerve injury prevention in MIS and superficial wound infection in open surgery in previous clinical research.
