Jejunal Infarction as a Complication of Postoperative Pancreatitis

Abstract: Intestinal infarction is a rare complication of acute pancreatitis. The authors report a clinical case of segmental jejunal infarction, diagnosed 8 weeks after the onset of an acute postoperative pancreatitis secondary to a cholecystectomy in a patient with α1-antitrypsin deficiency.
