JAK2 V617F Mutational Burden and Clinical Findings Relationship in Myeloproliferative Neoplasms

Abstract: Background: Philadelphia-negative chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms(MPN) are associated with various genetic abnormalities. JAK2 V617F mutation is the most common one and important for diagnosis.
