JAK signaling was involved in the pathogenesis of Polymyalgia Rheumatica

Abstract: Objectives. Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR) is a common inflammatory disease in elderly persons whose pathogenesis is unclear. We aimed to explore the pathogenetic features of PMR and find a new therapeutic strategy. Methods.
