Abstract: This report presents a 20-year follow-up of a unique case involving a 46-year-old man who underwent sinus augmentation using autogenous demineralized dentin matrix (DDM) derived from non-functional teeth. Two extracted molars were crashed into granules, and then demineralized, freeze-dried, and stored at -80° for approximately one year.
