ITEval

Abstract: We present a framework of an integrated model, referenced as ITEval, to comprehensively assess and quantitatively compare products of information technology. In this model, we assume that the adoption of technology by an organization is determined by user's willingness to use it, the total cost to own it and its environmental influence.
