<span lang="EN-US">Vehicle detection application can assist in-vehicle surveillance functions and have implications for various fields. A vehicle can be identified through the license number attached to its license plate, the color and its shape. Vehicle detection can make use of multimedia sensors so that the design and detection performances can be optimal. Sensor performances are influenced by factors such as the number of multimedia sensors, sensor placement, sensor positioning, and schemes in case of system failure. This study makes use of multimedia sensors with cameras equipped by a phase detection auto focus (PDAF) technology which is like a pair of eyes to see an object. This study analyses 134 vehicles with number detection and various colors to see the effect on the detection and recognition processes. The cars were passed through the camera 10 times at a speed of 10-15 km/hour with various camera distances and positions. Various values and depths of the images were generated. The farther the distance the higher the disparity values. For maximum distance of 50 m, disparity is 6.20×106 and image depth is 16.88×109. Vehicle color influences detection with orange has the best accuracy, but the gray has the largest path error value.</span>

Türk Telekom bünyesinde yer alan uygulamalar, birbirine bağlı karmaşık entegrasyonlardan oluşan bir yapıya sahiptir. Türk Telekom'un sunduğu ürünler için süreçlerin tamamına yakını birden fazla uygulama üzerinden işlemektedir. Bu yapı nedeniyle, destek verilen uygulamalarda, sürecin kontrolünü sağlamak için ilgili sorun kaydının birden fazla destek takımı tarafından incelenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu durum; ilgili kaydın çözüm süresini uzatmakta, birimler arasındaki bağımlılığı artırmakta ve sorunun çözülmesini geciktirmektedir. Mevcut işleyişte ise ekiplerin olay kayıtlarını yönlendirmeden diğer ekiplerin veri tabanında tuttukları bilgileri çekebildikleri bir platform bulunmamaktadır. Bu çalışmada; operasyon terminolojisi ile "olay çözüm süresi"ni, bir başka deyişle de iş yapma süresini iyileştireceği iddia edilen "EntegreAsisTT" uygulaması geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen uygulama, destek ekipleri tarafından birbirlerinden en çok talep ettikleri bilgileri bir araya getirerek tek bir arayüzden sunmaktadır. Ekipler, servis masası üzerinden açılan olay kayıtlarını diğer ekiplere yönlendirmek yerine bilgi gereksinimlerini bu uygulama üzerinden karşılayabilecektir. Bu sayede olay kayıtlarında hızlı aksiyon alınması sağlanarak olası şikayetlerin önüne geçildiği saptanmıştır.

ÖzGeleceğin üretim sektörünü geleneksel olandan ayırt eden otonom robotlar, nesnelerin interneti ve veri analitiği teknolojileri olacaktır. Bu hedefler doğrultusunda kurumsal dönüşüm süreçleri gerçekleştirilecektir. Buna karşılık ülkemiz de birçok küçük ve orta ölçekli üretici, üretim süreçlerinde üretim verilerini hala kâğıtlara kaydederek sakladığı görülmektedir. Bunun sonucunda tüm bu saklanan veriler karar verme süreçlerine de dâhil edilememektedir. Verilerin otomasyonlar kullanılarak dijital ortamda tutulması ve rapor edilmesine yönelik birçok çalışma bulunmasına rağmen verilerin anlık olarak analiz edilip raporlanmasına yönelik çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Anlık veri analizi kullanarak üretim süreçlerinde takip edilebilirliği arttırmak ve bu sayede üretim performansını ve verimliliğin arttırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında üretim süreçlerinde etkinliğin artırılmasına yönelik gömülü sistemler kullanılmış ve uygulama geliştirilmiştir. Yeni sistemin verimliliğinin ölçülmesi için performans verileri ve maliyet verileri kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak yeni sistemin kullanıldığı tezgâh aynı özelliklere sahip diğer tezgâha göre daha yüksek bir üretim artışı göstermiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre üretim sürecinde iş akışını ve zaman yönetimini ve karar alma süreçleri iyileştirilecektir. AbstractAutonomous robots, internet of things and data-analysis technologies will be the distinguishing factors between the future manufacturing industry and the traditional one. On the other hand, many small and medium-sized production companies in Turkey seem to keep their production records on paper within their production processes. As a result, all these stored data cannot be included in the decision-making process. Although there are many studies about storing and reporting data in digital environment using automations, there is no study to analyze and report data instantaneously. This study aims to increase traceability in production processes by using instantaneous data analysis and to increase production performance and productivity as a result of this increment. In the scope of the study, embedded systems were used and an application was developed to increase efficiency in production processes. Performance data has been used to measure productivity in production processes. As a result, the machine in which the new system was used showed a higher production increase than the other machine with the same characteristics. According to these results the workflow, time management and decision making processes can be improved.
