Issues on Vacant Homes and Municipal Measures to Survey and Cope With Owner-Unknown Homes

Abstract: This paper clarifies issues on vacant homes and municipal measures to survey and cope with owner-unknown homes through the nationwide questionnaire survey and the case study on Maebashi city.
