Issues in optimizing the test process-a Telecom case study

Abstract: There is signifiCant interest in the electronics industry to achieve the optimum test process. We at HP have developed simulation methodologies that assist manufacturing engineers to optimize their test process. This paper illustrates this methodology in a generic cellular phone line.
