Abstract:The qualitative and quantitative analysis of peptide biomarkers is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and the quality evaluation of drugs and food. This review article provides a historical record of advances in LC-MS technology in the detection of peptide biomarkers over the past 10 years, including cancer treatment, disease diagnosis, quality identification of medicines and foods, etc., with a focus on the development of identification/quantification and its application.
